How I Work With Training Clients

Understand Your Needs

It is not uncommon for us to be asked to ‘just deliver a session that they’ll enjoy’, however this is both a waste of time and a waste of money. We challenge clients to consider what the real desired outcome should be, and to understand how far, or near they are from that desired state of skills, knowledge and competence

Develop A Programme

It may require a short intervention, or it may need something more in-depth. Based on where you are at now, and where you want to get to, I will design a development plan which stands a high probability of delivering tangible results

Deliver

Typically at your offices, or a nearby venue we will host the 1-to-1 or group sessions. These are always high-energy and hugely interactive. A lot of work goes into design to help ensure that the development required is delivered. You supporting your teams following this session is also key to success

Analyse

I encourage all clients to focus, and measure the impact on the bottom-line. While this can be challenging to do it helps prove Return on Investment, and focuses next steps and on-going support required for your teams.
